A fast-growing international service group is strengthening it's executive leadership team and is now seeking an experienced, business-minded Group CFO to lead the next phase of growth and professionalisation.

With a proven track record of organic and acquisition-driven expansion, the organisation is now entering a new and exciting growth phase focused on scalability, digitalisation, and operational excellence.
The RoleAs Group CFO, you will:
- Lead and further develop a professional, business-oriented finance function covering FP&A, Controlling, and Finance Operations.
- Build a consistent group-wide operating model with strong governance, transparency, and commercial focus.
- Drive financial planning, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and owners, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution.
- Support commercialisation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple markets.
- Play an active role in shaping a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organisation where speed, pragmatism, and ownership are essential.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an experienced and energetic finance leader with strong analytical and commercial capabilities, ideally coming from international service, retail-style, or multi-site operations.
You thrive in both strategic and operational contexts and enjoy working close to the business — combining structure, execution power, and curiosity.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Director).
- Experience from international, multi-entity organisations in growth or transformation environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams across geographies and create alignment between finance, operations, and commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of ERP, consolidation, and BI/reporting systems, with a genuine interest in digitalisation and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Master’s-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on and visible leadership style – comfortable working close to the details and leading by example in a growing business.
